Since the fairytale success of Wig Wams, Åge Sten Nilsen has established himself as an artist who stands firmly on his own two feet. After critically acclaimed roles in musicals such as Chess and Which Witch, national success with his self-produced Queen show: The Show Must Go On and a TV debut as host of one of TV 3’s biggest hits Singing Bee.

Wig Wam had its final breakthrough in 2005 when the band won the Eurovision Song Contest and the hearts of Norway with the monster hit In My Dreams. Wig Wam created a furore in the international final in Kiev, where the band finished in a very strong 9th place.
