About Trio Triola
The possibilities are many, both at social events and in professional settings. The trio is from Stavanger and delivers magic at any event they are booked for.
Since 2005, the trio has been performing in Norway and Germany with a wide repertoire ranging from operettas, musicals, film music, cabaret, tango and more. Trio Triola can be hired for all occasions, large and small!
Trio Triola consists of Astrid Kallenbach-Gustavson (soprano), Milan Rabrenovic (piano) and Una Maja Vagner (violin).
Astrid Kallenbach-Gustavson (vocals) is originally from Leipzig, Germany, where she studied singing at the Johann Sebastian Bach School of Music under the direction of Steffi Schlegel. She has also studied singing with Professor Viggo Pettersen at the University of Stavanger. Her repertoire ranges from baroque music via opera and operettas to musicals - which has given her a number of assignments in Norway, England and Germany. In 1999 and 2002, Kallenbach-Gustavson won first prize in the music competition ”Jugend musiziert” in Saxony in Germany, a region with 4.3 million inhabitants.
Milan Rabrenovic (pianist) took his master's degree in piano at the University of Stavanger, where he currently works as a lecturer and piano accompanist. Rabrenovic is a substitute in the Stavanger Symphony Orchestra (SSO) and originally comes from Belgrade in Serbia, where he took his bachelor's degree at the Faculty of Music at the University of Arts. In 2002, Milan won an international piano competition in Athens, and in the same competition he received a prize for the best interpretation of classical pieces. Milan has been a soloist with the Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra and the Radio Symphony Orchestra of Serbia. Milan has won numerous awards for his outstanding piano talent and has toured with various programmes in Norway, Serbia, the Czech Republic, France and Italy.
Una Maja Vagner is a violinist in SSO and took her master's degree in violin at UiS. Like Milan, she completed her bachelor's degree at the Faculty of Music at the University of Arts in her hometown of Belgrade. Vagner has been a soloist with the Belgrade String Orchestra and the Academy Symphony Orchestra in Serbia and has performed as a soloist in Italy, Austria, France, Greece, Israel, Poland and the Czech Republic - in addition to the SSO. Maja has won a number of national and international competitions, resulting in her hometown Belgrade honouring her with the ”October award of City Belgrade for extraordinary results”. In 1994, Vagner performed a solo piece in the Vatican in connection with the event ”For peace in the world”.”
