Tore Kåstad

Tore has been working as a comedian since 2013, and received the culture prize in Klepp municipality in 2024. In 2022-2023, the comedian sold over 5,000 tickets for his solo show Short-travelled comedian in Storstova in Bryne, and in November 2025 he filled Jærhallen with 2,300 spectators in one evening - the biggest humour show on Jæren of all time.

As a comedian, Tore draws much of his material from his own life. He is a trained carpenter, works as a caretaker and is the leader of the neighbourhood association where he lives. This everyday grounding characterises his humour, which is honest, folksy and easy to recognise - making him a very suitable comedian for corporate events.

In recent years, the comedian has made a name for himself as one of the most popular humour profiles in Jæren, delivering safe, funny and audience-friendly performances for companies all over Southwest Norway - either as a stand-up comedian or presenter throughout the evening.
