Technical delivery
Technical delivery is of the utmost importance at any event. High-quality sound, seamless AV technology and the right lighting are essential to ensure that the audience has an optimal experience of everything that unfolds on stage.
The technical organisation depends on several factors: what's already in the venue and what the evening will contain. In some cases, a sound system, a technician and some decorative lighting may be sufficient, while other occasions require a more extensive technical production with moving lights and an AV technical package.
For smaller events, we have our own professional PA and sound system, stage, as well as front lights and decor lights. For larger productions, we co-operate with several different external technical suppliers, enabling us to offer competitive prices and tailor-made solutions, always taking into account the format and requirements of the specific event when choosing a supplier.
There are many possibilities and we adapt to the format of the event, the number of guests, the venue, what will happen on stage and how spectacular you want the event to be.
SOUND
The technical sound aspect of an event is crucial to a successful experience. Powerful and clear sound is essential for conveying speeches, music and other sound effects to the audience. The right sound technology creates an engaging atmosphere that captures attention and reinforces the message. The right equipment in combination with an experienced sound engineer ensures good sound quality and trouble-free execution.
LIGHT
The lighting experience of an event plays a crucial role in creating the ideal atmosphere at an event. Carefully selected lighting is essential to emphasise key elements, create the right mood and add visual magic to the event. Whether your goal is to create a simple but enchanting atmosphere with static decorative lighting, or to wow your audience with a spectacular production that includes moving lights and skilled lighting designers, we're here to deliver.
In our internal technical department, we have headlights, 18 LED lights for a nice atmosphere and some stage lighting. For larger events, we use an external technical supplier.
AV technical
The visual experience is crucial if you want to show presentations, photos or videos on a screen. Projectors and screens are often used for professional and social events, as they are available in most hotels. If you want that little extra, we recommend LED screens.
In combination with a professional AV technician who handles the technical aspects, you ensure that everything works seamlessly when it really counts.
For larger productions, it is also common to use camera production so that everyone can see what's happening from the stage on screens in the venue.
If you are planning an exhibitor area in the foyer, we use LCD screens that are movable.
Scene
Internally, we offer flexible stage sizes, with options up to 4 x 6 metres. If you need larger stages with or without a roof, we work with an external technical supplier.
