Do you have space to pitch a tent in the car park or do you want to use other premises such as a canteen as you can see in the video on the right.

We'll bring a tent if that's the solution you want, as well as benches and tables. We also decorate the venue with pennants, banners and other decorations.

We have technical equipment such as sound, lighting and a stage, and for the right setting, we naturally have entertainment that fits in with the theme.

As soon as the guests arrive, there's an ompaompa and the band plays sporadically for the first part of the evening.

In addition, we've hired a comedian to act as a presenter throughout the evening, introducing artists who do sing-along sequences before and after dinner, and ending it all by introducing the evening's band or troubadour who plays up to the party and dance into the wee hours.

The food itself is also in keeping with the theme, and the menu may, for example, consist of grilled chicken, bratwurst sausage, roast pork, pork knuckle and real mutton. When it comes to drinks, we naturally emphasise beer, large glasses and pitchers.

The possibilities are many and we can also come up with activities such as yodelling competitions, beer barrel lifting and beer relay races or various non-directed activities that you can do throughout the evening whenever you want, such as hammering nails into stumps to name but a few.

When it comes to costumes, you can, for example, already write in the invitation that the best outfit will be rewarded and don't forget that several of the boys are wearing lederhosen, chequered shirts, moustaches and scarves. While the girls prefer Bavarian dresses, red cheeks and a «Heidi wig». And maybe we should buy hats that everyone gets when they arrive.
