Team building with activities, guided mountain tour and festive dinner
Sval Energi wanted a company trip that took employees away from the office to strengthen culture and cohesion, with a focus on professional input, social experiences and good conversations in the fresh air. The aim was to combine teambuilding with relevant activities that allowed for both fellowship and reflection. As an event agency, we have previously assisted Sval Energi with various events, and in close collaboration, this company trip was planned and implemented in record time - just four weeks from enquiry to departure.
The team-building started with a meeting at the train station and light refreshments on the train. In Egersund, a varied programme followed, including a joint walk to Grand Hotel Egersund, chocolate tasting and a visit to Berentsen Bryggeri. The evening ended with dinner and entertainment. Day two consisted of a lecture by Thomas Seltzer and a guided team building activity organised by Magma Geopark.
