Beerenberg opened its new warehouse with good food, professional presentations and musical performances with employees, partners and customers.
The opening of a new building is an event with which we have extensive experience, and in this case we assisted Beerenberg with the celebration of their new workshop hall. The aim was to combine the industrial expression with stylish elements in a consistent and professional setting. As an event agency, we acted as the client's extended arm throughout the process, from planning to realisation.
Guests were welcomed on the red carpet before the official opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, mini-concert and speeches. Great emphasis was placed on technical production, with LED screens ensuring good communication to everyone. The event brought together employees, partners and suppliers, and was rounded off with street-food tapas and a staffed bar in an informal and sociable atmosphere.
