Creating an arena on "home turf" is a trend that is becoming increasingly popular.
Many choose to gather employees for a social company party in the warehouse, canteen or courtyard, and invite customers and suppliers to an event in their own building. This provides an informal setting for good conversations and better knowledge of the company. The collaboration with Ørland Transport has resulted in several events where the warehouse and workshop have been transformed into a social meeting place.
As an event agency, we act as the customer's permanent point of contact and handle the dialogue with all suppliers involved. We coordinate technical suppliers, equipment, hosts, live music and hired catering so that the customer can concentrate fully on the guests.
