How to book the right comedian for your party
Humour differs from person to person. That's why we offer a range of different forms of entertainment. We have artists for most events, whether it's stand-up at a stag party with the boys or a magic show at a summer party.
A comedian doesn't just have to tell jokes. He or she can also be hired as a host for the evening. This creates a more holistic impression of the evening, and the audience can feel a sense of belonging to the artist. A typical evening with a comedian as host starts by setting the mood and warming up the audience. Between the main course and dessert is usually when people choose to have a stand-up show. Once the dessert has been eaten and the glasses are empty, the comedian finishes and introduces any DJ or live music for the rest of the evening.
There are also some magicians with so much humour that you could call them comedians, but who combine humour with magic. Here, guests get an extra experience throughout the evening in the form of a show on stage that will both entertain at a high level. Gradually, the elements escalate and the antics become more and more absurd. The maître d» takes on the role of host, where both the menu and practical information are reviewed. The «maître d»" often comes on stage with a little "humour stick" during the main course. Before dessert, the whole thing is revealed - to the audience's great surprise and resounding laughter. After the revelation, the comedian can do a little stand-up, before the evening continues and the guests put on their dancing shoes.
