Green events with an eco-friendly foundation and mindset - which of course doesn't come at the expense of a fantastic event? Let's take this step together!

Of course, organising green events will not compromise the content of your event. Comedians, entertainers, artists and DJs will still be able to turn your event into an evening your employees will never forget. In order to organise green events, there are a few points we go through before we start planning:

 

  • Venue / lokale

    If the venue where the event is to be held is not environmentally certified, there are several points that the venue must comply with - and that we as organisers must ensure are actually followed. Topp Arrangement will always have an Eco-Lighthouse Manager present at the event to ensure this.

 

  • Mat

    It should be possible to offer organic food and a recommendation to reduce meat in favour of more vegetables. Locally produced ingredients are prioritised.

 

  • Collaboration partners

    Environmentally certified partners are preferred at all stages. Everyone is informed that it is a green event that is to be organised - which will be important in relation to the fact that there are certain points that must be followed.

 

  • Transport

    The most environmentally friendly means of transport for guests and artists must be mapped. It may be necessary to adapt the timing of the event in relation to nearby public transport.

 

  • Purchasing

    Any unavoidable purchases for the event should be eco-labelled. Disposable items should preferably be excluded.

 

  • Waste and waste sorting

    The release of balloons, lanterns or other items must not be practised. Effects such as confetti and glitter should either be avoided or minimised. At least 3 waste types for source sorting must always be in place.

 

  • Energy and power

    All unnecessary lights and heating should be switched off.

 

In 2021 Topp Arrangement was certified as Eco-lighthouse company. We are very proud of this and look forward to being able to produce more environmentally friendly and green events in the future - and being able to contribute to sustainable development in collaboration with our customers.
