Bjelland celebrated its 20th anniversary in a tent in its own car park, for employees and partners.
Bjelland has grown to become one of the leading building and construction contractors in Rogaland. When planning for the company's 20th anniversary began, the client contacted us for assistance. It was decided at an early stage that the anniversary would be marked by a stylish company party in the form of an exclusive marquee event outside the company's offices. The evening was to offer a sophisticated setting with a three-course menu, top entertainment and a guest list consisting of employees, customers and suppliers.
As an event agency, we were responsible for design, sketches, booking and coordination before and during the event. The evening's host was Pål Mangor Kvammen, with stand-up comedy from Jan Rune Holdhus and musical contributions from both a saxophonist and a vocalist. The Wednesday band kept the party going well into the late hours of the night. Catering was provided by Servit, who prepared an exquisite 3-course menu and provided experienced chefs, waiters and bartenders.
