Summer party with team building at Sola Strand Hotel
Aeron values its employees highly and has a strong focus on cohesion and culture building through, among other things, an annual team building programme. Shared experiences and engaging activities take centre stage before the summer, and this afternoon was a magical team-building experience with the weather gods playing along.
Guests arrived in a decorated tent with finger food before the activities started. Employees were divided into teams and competed in team building activities led by our activity leaders. The evening continued with good food, drinks and entertainment before closing at midnight.
