Every year, BDO organises the GNIST gathering, a conference that brings together employees for professional and social interaction.
BDO organises an annual conference for their employees, known as the GNIST gathering. It brings together almost 200 employees from the South West region for an inspiring conference focusing on culture, people and community. The conference combines professional presentations, engaging team building activities and a social gala dinner with entertainment.
As an event agency, we had total responsibility for organising the conference and banquet. We provided technical production, direction and choreography, arranged speakers and booked artists and comedians. In addition, we handled the decor, project management, timetable and coordination of both the conference and the banquet.
