About Lisa Loves ABBA
LISA STOKKE - the musical star from Tromsø distinguished herself early on with her voice in the original British production of the Mamma Mia! musical, where she starred as ”Sophie”. She has many musicals under her belt, such as ”Guys and Dolls” and ”Annie”. More recently, she has also had assignments in film and television, including being the Norwegian voice of Elsa in the Disney films ”Frozen”.
During 9 concerts in the autumn of 2023, almost 3,000 Norwegians watched «Lisa loves ABBA”, where you get to hear songs like ”The Winner Takes It All”, ”Dancing Queen”, ”Mamma Mia”, ”Fernando”, ”Gimme Gimme Gimme” and many more of ABBA's big hits.
Through her unique experience of being selected to work personally with Björn Ulvaeus and Benny Andersson in the ABBA musical, Lisa and the band create a musical party atmosphere that takes the audience back to ABBA's heyday. Small anecdotes from her experiences with ABBA are served throughout the concert, and the audience will be swept up in a show that is guaranteed to leave a lasting impression!
